The Master has passed - Clive Bradley
New York - Master steelband music arranger Clive Bradley passed away today in Trinidad. The revered musician recently celebrated his 69th birthday. He was a father, a scholar, a gentleman, a teacher and respected giant among his peers. His passion for life and his music will not be duplicated. We at When Steel Talks are proud to have called Mr. Bradley, friend, mentor and champion.

Steelpan musicians were wined and dined in the rotunda at the world-famous Brooklyn Museum as representatives from the New York steelband panorama participants were on hand to receive their prizes and accolades at the annual West Indian Day Caribbean American (WIADCA) award ceremony. In attendance along with the pan participants/representatives, were the WIADCA executive board members, local politicians and Brooklyn carnival mas representatives.
