J’Ouvert City Alliance International presents J’Ouvert 2009 in New York
Steel Bands Rule!

Brooklyn, New York, USA -

On behalf of the J’Ouvert City International, Inc. Board of Directors, Danville Williamson, a Founding member and President; Lynette Pascall, Treasurer; Hazel John Secretary and Cynthia Green - Vice-President Yvette Rennie wishes everyone a safe and enjoyable carnival.  J’Ouvert in Brooklyn is authentic because of its structure - Steelband Music only along the entire route.   Thanks to Earl King, one of the Founding members for creating this arena for Steel Bands to be showcased. 

This year for the first time Marshals will be opening our activity; they are:
