Coming together
this weekend in one accord on Heshimu’s
behalf are pride of Trinidad’s southland
- Skiffle Bunch Steel Orchestra
- Ken “Professor” Philmore, Francis
Prime, Joanne Foster, Leroy “Black
Stalin” Calliste, Errol Fabien,
Earl Brooks, and many more.
All will gather to show their love
and support for DJ Heshimu while
taking the stage in a concert of
fabulous musical performances this
Saturday, March 6, 2010 at Skiffle
Bunch’s Pan Theatre, 110 Coffee Street,
in San Fernando, Trinidad.
Music fans, culture lovers and Heshimu
fans can be part of this major undertaking
with a contribution of TT$ 100.00
(US$ 17.50).
The WACK fm
radio personality who has hosted
the show “Pan In Yuh Pwewfen” many
times alongside Hollis Clifton -
is also a performer in his own right.
Heshimu is an African drummer par
excellence, entertainer and has
also graced the background vocal
track of many a Trinidad & Tobago
soca star, including Machel Montano.
Showtime for
Saturday’s event is 7:00 p.m.
